Welcome to Light Blue Learning's library of mindfulness tools and strategies. Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) have shown promise to alleviate stress, promote well-being and resiliency, and build social-emotional competence, all of which benefit teacher efficacy (Emerson et al. 2017; Hwang et al. 2017; Roeser et al. 2013). These practices are designed to bring calm, focus, and self-awareness to the busy lives of k-12 teachers.
